North Carolina Museum of Art - Curatorial Fellow - Initiative for Jewish Art and Culture
The North Carolina Museum of Art (NCMA) invites applications for a two-year curatorial research fellowship with the Museum’s Initiative for Jewish Art and Culture. The fellow will conduct original research grounded in the NCMA’s preeminent collection of Jewish ceremonial art and supported by the extensive library and research resources of the NCMA, UNC–Chapel Hill, and Duke University.
The fellowship is open to scholars of art history, Jewish studies, or related fields. Eligible candidates must have completed all coursework and examinations required for the PhD by September 2025 and must be actively engaged in the research and writing of their dissertation. Consideration will also be given to scholars who have received their PhD within the last three years.
