The JAHLit Symposium brings together scholars from literary studies, film, and new media for interdisciplinary exchange on Jewish American and Holocaust literature. The 31st edition honors Dr. Victoria Aarons and prioritizes proposals on Jewish graphic novels and comics, post-Holocaust intergenerational memory, gender and embodiment in Jewish literature, American Jewish literature after 1945, and transnational literary approaches. Proposals may take the form of individual papers, paper presentation sessions, roundtables, or creative & alternative sessions.
