To mark its seventy-fifth anniversary, Korot, The Israel Journal of the History of Medicine and Science invites contributions for a special issue on the history of Jewish medicine and health. Founded in 1952 and published by the Hebrew University Magnes Press, the journal welcomes original, previously unpublished articles and especially encourages comparative, transnational, interdisciplinary, and source-based studies from antiquity to the present. Contributions are welcome on medicine and healing in Jewish and Hebrew sources, on Jewish physicians, patients, and institutions, on health, illness, and gender, on religion, ethics, and ritual, as well as on medicine in Palestine and Israel, the Nazi era, and the Holocaust. Submissions may be in English or Hebrew.
