Call for Contributions: The Jewish Virtual Library, American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise
The Jewish Virtual Library, a project of the American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise, invites scholars to contribute to its online encyclopaedia of Jewish and Israeli history and culture. The library has been online since 1997 and addresses students and researchers as well as a general readership. Contributions on the Holocaust, on Jewish history and on Israel are welcome in two forms, either as academic papers or as encyclopaedia entries that give an accessible overview of a person or an event. Texts that have appeared elsewhere are also considered, provided the author holds the necessary rights. Submissions should include endnotes or a bibliography, with working links to the sources where possible, and are reviewed by the editorial staff. All articles are freely accessible.
