Grant: PhD Scholarship, Fritz Bauer Institut Frankfurt am Main
The Fritz Bauer Institut invites applications for a doctoral scholarship supporting research on the history and impact of Nazi crimes, in particular the Holocaust. The scholarship aims to generate new insights into the history, impact, and representations of these crimes and to open up historical sources not previously examined. The project will be supervised at the chair for the history and impact of the Holocaust at the Historical Seminar of Goethe University Frankfurt . Applicants must hold an excellent degree in modern and contemporary history or political science. The scholarship is made possible by the support of the Stiftung Ökohaus Frankfurt, which funds scholarship and research, supports those persecuted on political or religious grounds as well as refugees, and promotes tolerance and international understanding. Applications comprise a CV, degree certificates, a list of publications where applicable, a letter of motivation of no more than two pages, and a project outline of no more than five pages.
