International Conference on Raul Hilberg, a Historian and his Century, DHI Paris

The Groupe Histoire et historiographie de la Shoah, Centre de recherches historiques (EHESS-CNRS), the Deutsches Historisches Insitut Paris, the Mémorial de la Shoah and the Centre d’’histoire de Sciences Po invite to an international conference on “Raul Hilberg, a Historian and his Century.” Writing the History of the Holocaust Then and Now at the DHI Paris from December 6–8, 2026. The symposium aims to shed new light on Raul Hilberg’s professional career and his work from a variety of perspectives and to assess his influence on current and future research on the Holocaust and, more generally, on genocide.
